We create an ongoing monthly cash flow projection that is reviewed during your monthly meeting. This forecast helps plan upcoming expenses, evaluate decisions and stay aligned with your financial plan and goals throughout the year.

We meet annually to review prior year performance, set an annual budget, and align revenue and expenses with your goals. We also include a monthly budget-to-actual comparison report with your reporting package, so you can see exactly how you're tracking against your plan each month and you can course correct. Your budget serves as the foundation for ongoing cash flow management and forecasting throughout the year.

For all clients, we provide a Key Metrics Interactive Dashboard to track income & expenses by month, gross profit margin, and your net profit margin (bottom line!) If you have other specific financial KPIs you’d like us to track, we can add those to your dashboard.
